| member and is not entitled to the privileges or obligations of regular membership. Life members remain on the club mailing list, are welcome as a guest at all club functions, and are entitled to moorage in accordance with Article VII of the bylaws. |

| A Regular Member is a stockholder and entitled to all the privileges and obligations of membership as defined in the club bylaws, including but not limited to a membership card, moorage in accordance with Article VII, and use of club facilities. Regular membership is entitled to one vote per membership. |
